Flatuna Tablets are designed to ease the symptoms of excessive gas in the stomach and intestines, including abdominal swelling, hiccups, and flatulence. Each tablet is composed of a gastric-release outer layer containing Simethicone 80mg, which reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles, helping them to combine and pass through belching or flatus. The inner intestinal-release layer contains Activated Charcoal 250mg, which is highly porous and has excellent absorption properties, enabling it to absorb excess gas and provide quick relief from bloating.
This medication is suitable for adults and should be taken as directed by a healthcare professional. It is not recommended for children under 14 years old, and pregnant or nursing women should only use it if medically necessary and with the guidance of their doctor. Flatuna Tablets effectively relieve symptoms of stomach discomfort, abdominal pain, and flatulence.

Flatuna Tablets consist of a dual-layered formula containing Simethicone and Activated Charcoal. The outer layer of the tablet consists of Simethicone which helps to reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles in the stomach, thereby aiding their expulsion through belching or passing flatus.
