To prepare the douche, add two measuring capfuls of the concentrate to the provided squeeze bottle and fill it with lukewarm water. Then, attach the applicator to the bottle and shake it gently. Insert the applicator carefully into the vagina, ensuring that there is no discomfort, and gently squeeze the sides of the bottle to expel as much cleansing liquid as possible, allowing the solution to flow freely from the vagina. Remove the applicator, allowing air to enter the bottle to regain its original shape. Re-insert the applicator and squeeze it again to cleanse the vagina thoroughly. Repeat this process until all the BETADINE Vaginal Douche has been used. Finally, rinse the area around the vagina with a clean sponge or flannel to remove any excess solution and dry the vaginal area with a clean cloth or paper towel. Remember to rinse the empty bottle and applicator with warm water and store them for future use.
