Xylo Acino is a nasal spray designed to alleviate symptoms of nasal congestion, sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis. By constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages, it effectively decongests the mucous membranes in the nose and surrounding areas, facilitating easy breathing during colds and rhinitis. The spray’s effects are noticeable within a few minutes and can last for up to ten hours, without compromising the function of the ciliated epithelium.

Xylo Acino nasal spray 0.1% is intended for use by adults and children above the age of six, with a recommended dosage of one spray in each nostril, repeated if necessary. Typically, 3-4 applications per day are sufficient. Before the first use, the pump should be primed a few times until an even, fine mist is produced. Subsequent uses will be ready for immediate use.
