Panadol Night is a combination medication that comprises two active ingredients. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that helps alleviate pain and reduce fever, while Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine with additional sedative properties. It is recommended for adults and children above 12 years old to take two tablets approximately 20 minutes before going to bed. However, it is important not to exceed the recommended dose of two tablets within a 24-hour period, and to avoid taking it for more than three consecutive nights without consulting a doctor. Each tablet contains 500mg of Paracetamol and 25mg of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. Store the medication below 30C to ensure its effectiveness.
